The smallest size of plots sold at Beuland Properties is 1/8th of an acre which is 50 feet by 100 feet.
You make payment for your plot, you sign three copies of a sales agreement, then we start on the documentation process upon full payment, where you will give us a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, postal address and 3 passport photos. After signing the sale agreement and transfer forms, we wait for title deed to be ready.
Title deed issuance takes 14-30 days after full completion of payment.
We have two modes of payment: Cash option – payment within 30 days and Instalment option -duration up to maximum of 6 – 12 months.
Yes you can. For a group/chama, during documentation, you will select two trustees who can be your representatives and we will also require your registration certificate. For a company, sealed documentation for the company and directors will be required.
