How long has Beuland Properties Limited been in existence?

With over 10years of selling land, Beuland Properties is an independent real estate company aimed to offer investment solutions with READY TITLE DEEDS and DISCOUNTS for every cash purchase. Our core business is to offer best land deals in prime urban spots of Kenya.

When can I come see the plots?

We have site visits every day at 10.00AM and 2.00 PM. Prior booking is required for logistical purposes.

What are the sizes of plots sold at Beuland Properties?

The smallest size of plots sold at Beuland Properties is 1/8th of an acre which is 50 feet by 100 feet.

Are title transfer fees included in the price?

No, we can can assist in the transfer process.

What happens after I have selected a plot?

Once you make payments for your plot, you sign three copies of a sales agreement, then we start on the documentation process upon full payment, where you will give us a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, postal address and 3 passport photos. After signing the sale agreement and transfer forms, the process of title processing starts.

Can we buy as a group/chama or a company?

Yes you can. For a group/chama, during documentation, you will select two trustees who can be your representatives and we will also require your registration certificate. For a company, sealed documentation for the company and directors will be required.

Is the land sold on freehold or lease?

The land sold is freehold land and only citizens of Kenya nationals can own this type of property.

How long does it take to process title deed?

Title deed issuance takes 14-30 days after full completion of payment.

Can someone from diaspora buy a plot?

Yes they can. You can select your preferred plot then we shall book it for you. We then give you our company account details where you can wire the payment. You then give us your details as you would like the title to appear when transferred to you. We process the titles within 6 to 10 months after payment is done. When the title is ready, you can either write to us instructing us to issue the title deed to your family member or your lawyer or alternatively we ship/mail it to you.
