Once you make payments for your plot, you sign three copies of a sales agreement, then we start on the documentation process upon full payment, where you will give us a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, postal address and 3 passport photos. After signing the sale agreement and transfer forms, the process of title processing starts.
Yes you can. For a group/chama, during documentation, you will select two trustees who can be your representatives and we will also require your registration certificate. For a company, sealed documentation for the company and directors will be required.
The land sold is freehold land and only citizens of Kenya nationals can own this type of property.
